Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems and skilled therapy documentation standards preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, perform evaluations, develop skilled treatment plans, and complete timely recertifications.
- Patient handling and mobility assistance experience, including use of gait belts and mechanical lifts, preferred.
