Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Montana Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
• Experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) settings preferred.
• Experience treating patients with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injury, amputation, or complex neurological conditions preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation and clinical notes consistent with regulatory and IRF requirements.

• Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient acute rehabilitation).
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Shift Type: Day shift, typical workday schedule.
• Patient Population: Inpatient acute rehabilitation focusing on stroke, brain injury, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic recovery.
