Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required. New graduates accepted only if they have SNF clinical experience (preferred).
• Experience with point-of-service documentation and maintaining productivity expectations (88% productivity referenced by client) is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and cover shifts as needed within the facility; flexibility is required by the client.

• Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts; flexible schedule may be required when needed.
