Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Tennessee Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required. New graduates considered only if they have SNF clinical experience.
- Point-of-service documentation experience preferred. Client expects productivity targets (approximately 75–88% depending on experience and start date); this is performance-based and varies by clinician.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule when needed. Candidate must acknowledge COVID-19 vaccination policy; vaccination not required, but a signed risk acknowledgment form is required if not vaccinated.

- Shift Name: Days.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. Flex schedule available and required when needed.
- Documentation: Point-of-service documentation expected to meet client productivity standards.
