Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Client requires clinicians with demonstrated competency in evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and post-operative patients (preferred).
