Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. This role requires an SLP with CCC.
• Active Kentucky SLP license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience treating neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders in an outpatient or hospital-based outpatient environment is preferred.
• Experience working in hospital-based outpatient settings is preferred.

• Facility Type: Outpatient (hospital-based outpatient with greater neuro caseload than orthopedics).
