Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. This role requires an SLP with CCC.
- Active Kentucky SLP license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience treating neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders in an outpatient or hospital-based outpatient environment is preferred.
- Experience working in hospital-based outpatient settings is preferred.

- Facility Type: Outpatient (hospital-based outpatient with greater neuro caseload than orthopedics).
