Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Master's required by client).
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
- Professional certification required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience performing home health admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, and routine follow-up visits.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with patient providers.
- Comfort with travel within coverage area including Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester and Queen Anne's counties.
- Independent contractor resource type acceptable to client.
- Preferred: prior home health or community-based therapy experience. (Preferred items are not required.)
