We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Lakeside Marblehead, OH. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active OH State COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
• Demonstrated competence with ADL training, therapeutic activities, and assistive device training preferred.
• Ability to follow direction from a licensed Occupational Therapist and document interventions in the facility electronic medical record preferred.
