Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
• Active North Carolina SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred, including care of adult and pediatric patients.
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, instrumental assessments (FEES or MBSS) preferred.
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, Level II trauma center environment preferred.
