Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active North Carolina SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment and instrumental assessment (e.g., FEES or MBS) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Level II trauma centers, stroke centers, or neonatal/pediatric settings preferred.
• Comfort with interdisciplinary rounds and electronic medical record documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1800.
