Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing therapy in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care settings preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 8-12 residents per day and meet a 90% productivity requirement.
- Willingness to provide both SNF skilled services and Part B outpatient-style therapy for residents.
- Dress code: navy blue scrubs required.
- New graduates considered if eager to learn and preferably completed SNF experience during Level II Fieldwork (preferred).

- Typical caseload: approximately 8-12 residents per day.
- Weekend work not required; schedule flexibility may allow working one weekend day with a weekday day off (per director discretion).
