Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Must be comfortable performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions.
- Proven ability to complete timely and compliant documentation including evaluations, goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and infection control practices.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and participate in student clinical education when assigned.
- Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
- Preferred: prior experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic and familiarity with industry clinical performance improvement processes.

- Scope of Care: 60 minute initial evaluations and treatment sessions as indicated.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document per clinic and payer requirements, and participate in performance improvement activities.
