Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is required. Experience with 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
• Experience in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services.
• Ability to participate in student supervision and preceptorships preferred.

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Treatment Session Structure: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.
