Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active IN Physical Therapy license or compact privilege as required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Client preference for prior outpatient caseload managing orthopedic and post-operative patients.
• Required competency in evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, goal writing, documentation, and charge entry per clinic policy and payer guidelines.
• Must be able to supervise and delegate therapy assistant tasks and provide appropriate student supervision when assigned.
• Ability to perform safe patient handling and materials handling consistent with clinic safety programs.
• No new graduates. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or equivalent setting preferred.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 Week assignment.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedic and post‑operative caseload.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
• Start: ASAP. No new graduates accepted.
