Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist at a skilled nursing facility in Tallahassee, FL. Provide assessment and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders while contributing to multidisciplinary care in a long-term care setting. Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
  • Active Florida SLP license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Competence with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including instrumental assessments such as FEES or videofluoroscopy experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide documentation in electronic health record systems and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Client requires flexibility to float to other facilities for up to 40 hours during the contract period.
