Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Memphis, TN. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in a home health setting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience required. Candidate must have experience completing skilled assessments, reassessments, treatment plans, and discharges in the homecare setting, including OASIS documentation.
• Experience working with electronic home health documentation systems preferred. HCHB experience preferred.
• Ability to provide care across Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton counties as part of home visit coverage.
• Professional dress code: black and/or hunter green scrubs required.
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree.
