Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Experience in outpatient neuro setting preferred; at minimum, completion of a clinical rotation in outpatient neuro required by client.
- Experience with evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, discharge planning, and patient/family education in an acute care or LTACH setting preferred.
- Supervisory experience with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and experience supervising students preferred.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to follow facility safety procedures including safe patient handling, infection control, and materials handling.
