Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky State Physical Therapy License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience treating orthopedics, post-operative patients, and general musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
• Experience with patient evaluation, plan of care development, functional goal writing, and documentation consistent with outpatient practice and payer requirements.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and timely charge entry preferred.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and support staff as needed.
• 13-week assignment availability preferred.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
