We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Greensboro, NC. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain skills needed for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active North Carolina COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute setting required.
• Experience with ADL training, restorative nursing programs, and use of adaptive equipment such as splints, reachers, and transfer aids preferred.
• Proficiency documenting in electronic medical records required. Facility-specific documentation training will be provided.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, attend care planning meetings, and follow established therapy protocols.
• Preferred: Experience with cognitive intervention techniques and fall risk assessments.
