Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• HCHB experience
• PT certification required
• Master's degree required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm
• Coverage areas: Hawkins, Mineola, and Lindale
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Location Highlights

Tyler offers access to East Texas outdoor recreation and regional attractions. Tyler State Park is about 15 miles from the city and features hiking trails, fishing, and a 64-acre lake for kayaking and swimming.
