Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings required. Client prefers clinicians with prior experience providing one-on-one care in outpatient clinics rather than group treatments.
• Ability to manage a daily caseload of approximately eight patients, providing individualized treatment plans and documentation.
• Comfort with typical outpatient equipment including therapeutic modalities, exercise equipment, and gait training devices preferred.
