Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred.
- Ability to perform typical skilled nursing facility documentation and electronic medical record charting.
- Must be able to provide proof of clinical experience in mobility, transfers, gait training, and ADL retraining. (Preferred items listed as preferred.)
