Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Candidate must be competent in evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, goal writing, and functional outcome assessment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, documentation of letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
• Ability to provide safe patient handling and adhere to clinic safety protocols, including infection control and materials handling.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision and contribute to professional development activities.
• Must maintain professional licensure in good standing and comply with state Practice Act and regulatory requirements.
