Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Michigan SLP license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, cognitive-communication intervention, and AAC strategies preferred.
• Ability to document electronically and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• VMS Contract Weeks: 13-week assignment.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
