Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience with outpatient caseloads preferred, including one-on-one treatment and managing high weekly patient volumes (client expectation: 50+ patients/week).
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred; client uses Prompt.
• Open to new graduates. (Preferred: new grads may be considered with adjusted expectations.)

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM; Friday closes at 5:00 PM. Flexible scheduling.
• Typical patient volume: 10–11 one-on-one patients per day.
