Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Maine Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience treating musculoskeletal and post-operative patients preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in comprehensive patient evaluation, plan of care development, and documentation consistent with state and federal regulations.
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation and charge entry preferred.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and participate in student clinical education preferred.

• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Typical Weekly Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
