Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Carolina PTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with ambulation training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL retraining preferred.
