Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance
- Must be familiar with general computer use and functions, including internet, e-mail, file navigation, and online training systems
