Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee state license or ability to obtain state license prior to start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred by the client. (Preferred)
• Must not be a new graduate. Client will not accept new graduates.
• First-time travelers will not be accepted by the client.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, typically 12–14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed. Overtime must be approved by director prior to working OT.
• Patient population primarily orthopedic experience preferred.

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Float Requirement: No floating to other clinics required.
• Work Expectation: Productivity target of 60 visits per week; see 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
