Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and mobility training preferred.
- Ability to complete documentation electronically using facility charting systems.
- Client requires a 13-week contract. Floating to other nearby facilities may be required.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
- Contract Weeks: 13 weeks.
