Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Prior experience assisting with transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise preferred.
• Client requires ability to work with residents who may have complex medical needs, including dementia and post-acute care.
