You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and regain independence under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Washington state PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
• Demonstrated competency with restorative nursing programs, transfers and gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL optimization.
• Ability to follow care plans developed by supervising Physical Therapist and document progress according to facility policy.
• Current immunizations and TB screening per facility policy.
• Preferred: Experience with electronic medical record systems commonly used in post-acute care.
