Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient clinic experience required. Candidate must have prior Outpatient Physical Therapy experience.
• Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and provide treatment sessions consistent with outpatient practice.
• No new graduates. Minimum prior clinical experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, document care including goal writing and letters of medical necessity, and perform charge entry per clinic policy.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities.
• Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and regulatory requirements.

• Duration: 13 Week assignment with potential extension up to 26 Weeks.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Patient Care Model: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment sessions typical for outpatient practice.
