Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required.
• HCHB PointCare experience required.
• PTA certification required.

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• No on-call or weekend requirement.

Location Highlights

St. Petersburg, Florida offers waterfront access with more than 240 sunny days each year and direct proximity to Tampa Bay and the Gulf beaches. Downtown St. Petersburg includes the St. Pete Pier and the Dalí Museum, and Fort De Soto Park is about 15 miles south with beaches, kayaking, and trails.
