Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills in a skilled nursing facility while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with ADL training, cognitive retraining, and adaptive equipment assessment preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records required or preferred depending on facility system.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Work Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
• VMS Contract Weeks: 13-week assignment.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
