Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is required.
• Competence with comprehensive patient evaluation, documentation, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Experience using electronic medical records for documentation and charge entry preferred.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student instruction when assigned preferred.
• Maintain compliance with state practice act and discipline-specific professional standards.
