Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability with common SNF interventions including transfers, gait training, balance/vestibular programs, and restorative nursing care preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with patients, families, and staff.
