Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform restorative care, transfers, ambulation training, and therapeutic modalities preferred.
• Ability to document patient care using electronic medical record systems preferred.
