Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and discharge planning in a hospital environment preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation in a hospital setting preferred.

• Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient acute/rehabilitation unit).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Float Requirement: May be required to float to other units within the facility when needed.
