Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Home health clinical experience required, including Homecare/HomeBase documentation
- Experience performing admission visits, OASIS visits, and home treatment visits
- Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients required
- Must be able to practice as a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: experience with mileage documentation and travel between patient homes
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Home Health
- Shift: Days, 5x8
- Weekly hour expectation: 40 hours
- On-call/weekend requirement: one weekend per month
- Coverage area: Dallas, TX
- Must be willing to travel between patient homes; mileage reimbursement is provided between first and last patient visit
- Dress code: navy scrubs
