Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care or inpatient hospital occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with ADL training, splinting, therapeutic exercise, and discharge planning in a hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to document timely and accurately in electronic medical record systems commonly used in hospitals.
• Available to work Days shift with scheduled hours of 07:30–16:00.

• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other units within the facility.

Location Highlights

For outdoor recreation, Trinity River trails provide biking and walking routes within a 10–20 minute drive, and Grapevine Lake is approximately 20 miles northeast offering boating and fishing. The city provides an urban-suburban lifestyle with a variety of dining districts such as Sundance Square, commuter rail access via TEXRail to DFW Airport in roughly 30 minutes, and a range of entertainment options including Billy Bob’s Texas in the Stockyards and Live Music venues downtown.
