Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license or compact privileges as required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including evaluations and 60-minute evaluations.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, goal writing, documentation, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic policies.
• Familiarity with student supervision and participation in clinical education preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safe patient handling, infection control, and materials handling policies preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Patient Evaluation: 60-minute initial evaluations expected.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Evaluate assigned patients, develop and modify treatment plans, document per clinic and payer requirements, and provide discipline-specific direction to support patient progress and discharge planning.
