Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings preferred; new graduates accepted with previous SNF experience per client notes (preferred).
• Ability to perform thorough evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document assessments and treatments accurately.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients and families on rehabilitation and home exercise programs preferred.
