Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana physical therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in an inpatient hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Familiarity with acute care and post-acute rehabilitation protocols preferred.
• Compact license eligibility is preferred but not required.
