Description
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility in Baltimore, MD. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Maryland COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in ADL training, durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress in electronic medical records.
