Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment, or evidence of application/verification for a Colorado single-state license must be provided prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• New graduates will not be accepted. First-time travelers are acceptable.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, seeing about 12–14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Must be able to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours; Occupational therapy (OT) hours must be approved by the clinic director before being performed.
• Experience treating active, post-operative, sports, and Medicare patient populations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule Expectation: Guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Patient Volume Expectation: ~60 visits per week; ~12–14 patients per day.
• Floating Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float to other nearby clinics as needed.
• Travel Team Option: Option to join a travel team within this clinic or a neighboring clinic.
