Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Current experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred. Minimum 1 year of recent acute or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, Medicare documentation, and skilled level of care documentation preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in an SNF environment.
• CPR certification required prior to start if not current.
