Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience providing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
• Competence in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using electronic medical records.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward discharge.
• Ability to supervise and delegate therapy services and participate in student clinical education is preferred.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state mandated continuing education requirements.

• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Clinical Focus: 60 minute initial evaluations and treatment sessions for outpatient caseload.
