Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado PT license or ability to obtain State licensure prior to start of assignment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, including evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and treat patients per outpatient protocols.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records, goal writing, and charge entry meeting regulatory and payer requirements.
• Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling, infection control, and materials handling procedures.
• Willingness to supervise and mentor students and coordinate discipline-specific therapy services.
• Preferred: prior travel or contract experience and familiarity with outpatient productivity expectations.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5x8 format.
• Typical caseload: 60-minute evaluations with combined treatment sessions as appropriate.
• Duration: 13-week assignment.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
