Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist License is required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience, including evaluation and treatment of adults across musculoskeletal and post-operative populations.
• Experience with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer and facility guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants as appropriate.
• Preferred: Experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic and participation in student education or clinical instruction.

• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Patient Visit Structure: 60 minute evaluations; 30 minute follow-up visits.
