Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current, active Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting.
- Ability to communicate treatment plans and patient progress to multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians, including orthopedic and hand surgeons.
- Experience working within team-based outpatient clinics preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Duration: 9 week assignment.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday work week.
- Position Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, collaborate with in-house and specialty physicians, and assist center colleagues in clinical issue identification.
